  • SHANE JACOBSON - BUSINESS OWNER

    Shane is a well-known and loved Aussie Actor, Presenter and Producer. Shane has long been involved in many aspects of the Film, Television, Theatre, Corporate and Rock n Roll industries. In addition to Shane’s busy acting career, Shane has also been a pyrotechnician, roadie, lighting designer, site manager and production manager for major events. Letting go of the past is something Shane doesn’t do easily so don’t be surprised if you see him driving some of his trucks!

  • GEOFF MAHER - MANAGER

    Geoff is our larger-than-life front of house manager. Always donning a smile and cracking a joke, Geoff brings a wealth of entertainment and production knowledge to the team with his background in LIVE music event management.

  • NICOLE BARDY - BUSINESS AFFAIRS

    Nicole is Shane’s personal manager and FTA’s logistics queen; managing all of our bookings and client requests. She has worked in Film and TV production for over 20 years so understands the ins and outs of the industry. When she’s not managing Shane’s world and FTA, she is planning world domination (well…your bookings anyway…)

  • MARK RENAUD - CHEF

    Hailing from Canada, Mark is an experienced chef who has owned several fine-dining restaurants around Victoria. Partnering with his wife Brooke, this dynamic duo is sure to delight your taste buds with their scrumptious menus.

  • BROOKE EMIN - CHEF

    Brooke is a a passionate, confident and creative chef who can skilfully plan menus & prepare outstanding food for any occasion.

    Brooke and her husband Mark, have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years & owned a boutique restaurant in the Macedon Ranges for 9 years. Brooke also has a strong background in event management and food styling.

    For Brooke, being creative & bringing people together to enjoy a beautiful meal for any occasion brings a smile to her face.
